Excellent pads poor customer service

I love these pads and have had a subscription for quite awhile. I reached out to customer service with a simple question 10 days ago and have heard nothing back. I also earn points with every purchase but have no way to redeem them. Normally I would write to ask but I know I won't get an answer so I'll just throw that money away I guess.
